Valid Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent provincial/state certification, Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in electrical maintenance within industrial, commercial, or facilities environments, working knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safety practices, Proficiency with electrical testing equipment including multimeters, megohmmeters, clamp meters, and thermal imaging cameras, Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex electrical systems and work with 120V through 600V systems, Physical capability to perform demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, working at heights, and in confined spaces, Flexibility to work various shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and on-call rotation as needed

Experience with motor controls, variable frequency drives (VFDs), PLCs, and building automation systems, High-voltage electrical systems experience, Proven ability to provide technical guidance and mentorship to apprentices and junior technicians, attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, Effective communication skills for interacting with colleagues, contractors, and management, Previous experience supporting facility upgrades, renovations, and energy efficiency initiatives
