You will ensure optimal performance of building systems through daily inspections, maintenance, and repairs while maintaining excellent tenant relations. This role requires technical expertise in HVAC systems, electrical equipment, and building controls, along with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with contractors. Evening and weekend work will be required to support building operations and respond to critical needs. **What your day-to-day will look like:** * Conduct daily inspections of building mechanical and electrical systems, performing all required maintenance and repairs including lighting/electrical systems, chilled/heating water systems, rooftop equipment, compressors, boilers, HVAC control systems, and fire alarm/sprinkler systems * Monitor and assist contractors to ensure efficient performance of their contracted duties and maintain quality standards * Record mechanical readings at regular intervals and maintain accurate documentation of system performance * Maintain preventative maintenance program for all life safety equipment and perform necessary repairs to ensure compliance and safety * Troubleshoot and resolve building system issu
