Position Overview We are seeking a professional to independently operate a HAAS CNC milling machine (primary responsibility), perform CAM programming using Inventor CAM as required, and support machining, assembly, and workshop activities. The role requires a creative mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with limited means. This is an on-site position on an afternoon shift, semi-flexible with availability to cover peak workload periods as needed. Key Responsibilities: • Independently operate a HAAS CNC milling machine (primary responsibility). • Perform CAM programming using Inventor CAM as required. • Machine prototypes and short production runs. • Carry out part modifications and repairs. • Design and develop workholding fixtures and tooling. • Support assembly operations across a variety of mechanical assemblies. Qualifications Education: Vocational training, technical certification, or equivalent practical experience in machining, manufacturing, or a related field. Experience: Experience operating CNC milling machines and performing machining operations in a workshop environment. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience working with HAAS CNC milling machines. • Experience using Inventor CAM for programming. • Experience machining prototypes and short production runs. • Experience in tooling and fixture design. • Experience supporting mechanical assembly operations.
