Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in an accredited engineering discipline (Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field), 5–12 years of relevant experience in systems engineering and/or mechanical engineering supporting complex hardware programs, Demonstrated ability to develop, manage, and decompose system and subsystem requirements, Experience developing and managing verification and validation requirements, including TADI (Test, Analysis, Demonstration, and Inspection) methods, Experience preparing and reviewing design specifications and procurement specifications, Ability to prepare technical presentations and conduct system requirements, design, manufacturing readiness, and test readiness reviews, Experience briefing customers, senior and mid‑level leadership, and cross‑functional teams, Experience supporting regulated, safety‑critical, or high‑consequence engineering programs, background in Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and/or Design for Assembly (DFA), Experience working directly with engineering, manufacturing, test, quality assurance, and suppliers, written and verbal communication skills and ability to work across multidisciplinary teams, Experience supporting commercial and/or U. S. Government customer programs, Ability to obtain a U. S. Security Clearance
Nice to Have
