What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering with a focus on Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace, Aeronautical, or Material Sciences, Level 3: 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, 3+ years of experience with Mechanical Systems, 3+ years of professional experience working in an engineering field, 3+ years of experience with Computer Aided Design (CAD) tools, 3+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams, Ability to travel domestically and internationally 10%

Nice to Have

Level 4: 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, Level 3/4 - Experience mentoring and developing others, 5+ years of experience in aerospace related role, 5+ years of experience working in CATIA V5 & ENOVIA toolsets, 5+ years of experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings, procedures, and specifications, 5+ years of experience in a mechanical system, hydraulic fluid system, flight controls, flight deck and/or environmental controls systems engineering roles, 5+ years of demonstrated project management skills
