Full Job Description

In fiscal year 2025, the group generated revenues of over €1 billion and employed approximately 4,000 people across more than 40 countries. Your contribution to something big: * Technical definition and creation of complex mechanical concepts, ensuring that system requirements are translated into high-precision mechanical designs. * Lead mechanical design with a focus on functionality, industrialization, and cost-effectiveness, ensuring strict alignment with the rigorous performance targets required for industrial, medical and defense applications. * Conduct structural integrity, thermal management, and manufacturability analyses, using methods and tools such as tolerance analysis, Finite Element Analysis, DFMEA, to ensure maximum design robustness and safety. * Oversee the design and manufacturing of prototypes, conducting intensive reliability testing and technical validation throughout different development stages to meet application requirements and industry standards, including shock, vibration, fatigue, thermal and environmental requirements. * Work within multidisciplinary and cross-site teams, sharing technical expertise through design reviews. * Contribute to engineering best practices and design standards. * Mentor Junior Engineers. ## Qualifications What distinguishes you: * Enineering domain are valued. * 10 years of experience in the development and industrialization of complex products. * Proficiency in CAD soft
