Make and drive project timeline

Need to follow up sample validation, trial production, mass production transfer, etc. * Make and drive project timeline, milestone plan, track progress, identify risks and propose mitigation actions. * Manage supplier project coordination, communicate delivery, quality, cost and technical issues with overseas / domestic suppliers. **-Engineering Collaboration** * Understand mechanical drawings, GD&T, BOM, manufacturing feasibility * Collaborate with R&D, tooling, ME, and QA teams **-Supplier Management** * Work with machining, stamping, die‑casting, injection molding suppliers * Evaluate supplier capability and capacity * Support supplier root‑cause analysis and improvement actions **-Cost / Quality / Delivery** * Drive cost optimization initiatives (VA/VE) * Ensure quality standards and PPAP documentation * Monitor material availability and risk mitigation **Required Skills & Qualifications** **-Technical Background** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or similar * 3–7 years experience in mechanical component development or supply chain * Strong understanding of mechanical parts processes: * CNC machining * Stamping * Die casting * Injection molding * Surface treatments **-Project Management Skills** * PMP certification is a plus * Experience leading cross-functional teams * Risk
