This is a full time position reporting to the Project Manager. Duties will include; * Preparation of job packs * Report directly to on site services manager/ project manager * Negotiation with suppliers and procurement of materials and services * Coordination of site and workshop activities * Management of processes to ensure project and contractual deliverables including time, cost, quality, and scope requirements * Preparation of HSE and Quality compliance documentation, Control and assurance of the safety and compliance of all onsite and workshop scopes and work crews * Ensure safety of all employees and contractors working in operating unit or department by driving continuous improvement towards a true safety culture * Be able to make decisions based on knowledge and experience * Manage and capture workforce hours and productivity **Applicants must have: ** * Minimum 5 years’ experience in Supervision of Mechanical & Engineering Scopes in an Oil and Gas, Mining, or Industrial environment. * Minimum of a Nationally Recognised Trade qualification. * Proven Leadership, Team Management with a positive can-do attitude * Good problem-solving skills. * A demonstrated strong commitment to Health, Safety and Environment.
