Must Have
Minimum 5 years of experience leading installation teams and/or maintaining conveyor or material handling equipment, Computer proficiency in Microsoft applications, Valid drivers license required, Ability to lead large groups of teams with a diverse set of backgrounds and capabilities

OSHA 30 certification upon hire
What You'll Do.
Lead mechanical installation projects
Oversee installation crews
Coordinate work assignments
Ensure high-quality workmanship
Maintain safety standards
Complete projects on time and within budget
Conduct daily and weekly toolbox talks
Conduct safety stand downs
Ensure all safety procedures are followed
Approve Time and Time
Collaborate on purchases
Work with PMM for project needs
or discipline resources
Provide computer experience
Manage ToolWatch and Asset inventory
Provide jobsite installation leadership
Represent Dematic professionally
Perform Gensuite Safety Audits
Coordinate daily work activities
Supervise daily progress
Maintain safety documentation
Ensure compliance with safety laws
