Must Have
Minimum 5 years of experience leading installation teams and/or maintaining conveyor or material handling equipment, Computer proficiency in Microsoft applications, Valid drivers license required, Ability to lead large groups of teams with a diverse set of backgrounds and capabilities
Nice to Have
OSHA 30 certification upon hire
What You'll Do.
Supervise installation crews
Coordinate work assignments
Ensure high-quality workmanship
Maintain safety standards
Complete projects on time and within budget
Troubleshoot mechanical systems
Deliver successful mechanical system installations
Manage a crew of 25+ installers
Conduct daily and weekly toolbox talks
Conduct safety stand downs
Ensure all safety procedures are followed
Approve time in ISM and Passport
Oversee area handoff to Pre-commissioning
or discipline resources
Perform computer tasks
Manage ToolWatch and Tool & Asset inventory
Provide jobsite installation leadership
Focus on quality and budget
Represent Dematic professionally
Perform Gensuite Safety Audits

Collaborate with project management; Work closely with Resource Team Leads; Collaborate with IM’s on purchases; Work with PMM for project needs; Interact with other internal Dematic teams; Interact with customer
