What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 5 years of experience leading installation teams and/or maintaining conveyor or material handling equipment, Computer proficiency in Microsoft applications, Valid drivers license required, Ability to lead large groups of teams with a diverse set of backgrounds and capabilities, leadership, organizational and communication skills
Nice to Have
OSHA 30 certification upon hire
What You'll Do.
Lead mechanical installation projects
Supervise installation crews
Coordinate work assignments
Ensure high-quality workmanship
Maintain safety standards
Complete projects on time and budget
Plan and mentor teams
Deliver successful installations
Manage a crew of 25+ installers
Conduct toolbox talks
Conduct safety stand downs
Ensure safety procedures are followed
Approve time in ISM and Passport
Collaborate on purchases
Work with PMM for project needs
Supervise handoff to Pre-commissioning
or discipline resources
Provide computer experience
Manage ToolWatch and Asset inventory
Provide jobsite installation leadership
Focus on quality and budget
Represent Dematic professionally
Perform Gensuite Safety Audits
Coordinate daily work activities
Assign tasks and supervise progress
Maintain safety documentation
Ensure compliance with safety laws

Team & Collaboration
Close collaboration with project management; Work closely with Resource Team Leads; Represent Dematic professionally when interacting with other internal Dematic teams and customer
