Field-based outside sales role, Fuel card, auto allowance, travel and expense card, company cell phone & laptop will be provided, Understand emergency and planned replacement sales cycles, Balances urgency with long-term territory growth, Focused on total market share, not one-off transactions

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Proficiency with CRM, quoting tools, and Microsoft Office, Self-motivated and able to manage a structured sales pipeline, Ability to work independently and cross-functionally

Nice to Have

1-3 years of commercial HVAC, plumbing, water heating, or mechanical sales experience preferred, Working knowledge of rooftop HVAC systems, commercial water heaters, boilers, or tankless systems, relationship-building, organizational, and time management skills

Partner with field sales

Develop and execute a structured strategy focused on Commercial HVAC and Commercial Water Heating opportunities

Planned and emergency Light Commercial RTU replacement

Commercial water heater and boiler replacement and upgrades

Contractor and end-user relationship development

Cross-selling Air & Water solutions to grow share of wallet

Serve as the local subject matter expert and growth leader for commercial Air & Water sales

Build relationships with plumbing

mechanical contractors

and national accounts

Grow replacement business across HVAC and water heating segments

Identify aging equipment opportunities and develop proactive replacement plans

Support Outside Sales teams in building HVAC and water heater pipelines

Expand share through cross-selling into existing accounts

Drive revenue through emergency replacements and planned projects

Provide expertise on RTUs

Conduct jobsite visits for sizing

and logistics planning

and product selection aligned with margin goals

Monitor market trends and competitive activity

Partner with manufacturers and reps on training and growth initiatives
