Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent experience), Experience in tool manufacturing or similar high-precision environments, Experience with CAD, Experience with Excel, Experience with Outlook, Experience with Powerpoint, Experience with CMMS, Understanding of mechanical systems, Understanding of equipment reliability principles, Highly detail-oriented, Process-driven, Problem-solving skills, Troubleshooting skills, Comfortable working between engineering, maintenance, and shop floor teams, Data-driven decision making
