What you will need to do: * Implement and maintain the Contractor Quality Control (CQC) program, participate in the three phases of control (Preparatory, Initial, Follow-up), and ensure compliance with contract specifications, approved drawings, international standards, and applicable codes. * Review and monitor shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, test reports, commissioning documentation, O&M manuals, as-built drawings, and maintain updated Submittal Registers. * Manage HVAC quality activities including AHUs, FCUs, ducts, fans, air conditioning & ventilation systems, ductwork, insulation, control systems, airflow balancing, Testing, Adjusting & Balancing (TAB), commissioning, and performance verification. * Supervise Plumbing quality activities including domestic water systems, drainage, waste & vent systems, pressure testing, inspections, disinfection procedures, insulation, corrosion protection, and compliance with approved drawings/specifications. * Manage Fire Fighting quality activities including fire water networks, pumps, storage tanks, sprinkler & foam
