What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, or related field, or equivalent practical experience, 5–7 years of relevant experience (or 8 years in lieu of degree), Prior supervisory or team lead experience, Experience in shop, test, manufacturing, or operations environments, Demonstrated ability to manage scheduling, workload prioritization, and cross-functional coordination, Interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, Ability to interpret and administer policies, processes, and procedures
Nice to Have
Working knowledge of DTNA tools, systems, and documentation processes, Understanding of truck mechanical systems and mechatronics, Experience supporting durability, functional testing, reliability, or validation operations, Deep understanding of projects under test and testing scope, Coaching and mentoring experience, CDL and/or hands-on vehicle driving experience, Comfort presenting operational status and metrics to leadership

Lead department-level initiatives to standardize shop processes

Guide documentation team members in process alignment
Harmonize practices using systems such as Jira

Lead day-to-day shop operations
Manage technician assignments
Manage stall organization
Manage workload prioritization
Serve as escalation point for shop execution issues
Supervise shop personnel

Drive data-based process improvements
Own intake of all Madras shop work requests
Own prioritization of all Madras shop work requests
Own scheduling of all Madras shop work requests
Own execution of all Madras shop work requests
Establish and enforce a consistent
