What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, or related field, or equivalent practical experience, 5–7 years of relevant experience (or 8 years in lieu of degree), Prior supervisory or team lead experience, Experience in shop, test, manufacturing, or operations environments, Demonstrated ability to manage scheduling, workload prioritization, and cross-functional coordination, Interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, Ability to interpret and administer policies, processes, and procedures

Nice to Have

Working knowledge of DTNA tools, systems, and documentation processes, Understanding of truck mechanical systems and mechatronics, Experience supporting durability, functional testing, reliability, or validation operations, Deep understanding of projects under test and testing scope, Coaching and mentoring experience, CDL and/or hands-on vehicle driving experience, Comfort presenting operational status and metrics to leadership

Serve as escalation point for shop execution issues

Establish and enforce a consistent
