BS in Mechanical or Equivalent, 7+ years of experience in Mechanical Design, Specializes in waterproof/compact system design, Experience with products related to Outdoor Doorbells, Smart Electronic Locks, or Keypadiometric Access Control Devices
Nice to Have
Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Experience in injection molding/sheet metal/ die casting, Fluently speaks English, good at writing/listening/reading

Responsibilities Collaborate closely with Industrial Design (ID) to translate product concepts into manufacturable mechanical designs, ensuring design intent, usability, and cost targets are met. Lead mechanical design and development, including 3D CAD modeling (e.g., SolidWorks), 2D drawings, tolerance analysis, and design for manufacturability (DFM) and assembly (DFA). Validate prototypes through functional, assembly, and reliability testing (e.g., drop test, thermal cycling, environmental testing), and drive design iterations based on test results. Work cross-functionally with Tooling, Manufacturing, Hardware, RF/Antenna, and Sourcing teams to resolve integration issues, optimize performance, and ensure seamless system-level implementation.
