What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, Two (2) or more years of relevant professional or journey level experience, experience in engineering, experience working in the area of instructional focus, experience as a technical instructor, establish and maintain their permanent residence within sixty highway miles of the Callaway Energy Center, Security screening required for Callaway Energy Center access
Nice to Have
Previous training instructor experience in a National Academy for Nuclear Training accredited program, Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, Basic understanding of Computer Based Training, Basic knowledge of Learning Management Systems
What You'll Do.
Develop training programs
Administer training programs
Maintain training programs
Provide quality training
Support SAT implementation
Monitor Condition Reports
Document training conducted
Participate in training programs
Participate in field time
Provide refueling outage support
Assume Emergency Response Organization (ERO) duties
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Scheduling and coordinating training course presentations with appropriate department personnel; Support subject matter experts and vendors providing on-site and off-site training

Excellent verbal and written communications skills
