Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 2+ years of aeromechanical experience, Masters degree in Engineering, with academic focus related to aeromechanics, JD/PhD, with academic focus related to aeromechanics, US Citizenship
Nice to Have
interest in the field of turbomachinery aeromechanics, willingness to develop new skills, Previous experience with computational fluid dynamics, interest in unsteady simulations with fluid-structure interaction, Previous experience with collecting and analyzing aeromechanics-related data, Familiarity with finite elements analysis, modal analysis, Programming skills such as Bash, Fortran, Matlab, and Python, Knowledge of ongoing academic research related to aeroelasticity in gas turbines

Run aeromechanics analysis
Evaluate forced response
Evaluate mistuning and nonlinear dynamics
Perform basic computer programming
Use reduced order models
Plan and post-process aeromechanics testing
Validate analytical methods
Identify new product introduction requirements
Establish certification strategies
Progress new engine designs
Support in service vibration investigations
