7-10 years of MH Systems installation experience, 5-7 years of experience leading small installation teams, HS Diploma or equal, Proficient at reading & comprehending mechanical construction drawings, Self-Motivated, Detail Oriented, Results Focused
Nice to Have
OSHA 30 Certified, Experience with managing subcontractors
What You'll Do.
& live a superior safety culture
Conduct weekly toolbox talks with installation resources on site
Complete Job-Hazard-Analyses daily
Lead small team of 3-5 mechanical installers & laborers to self-execute mechanical scopes of work MHS projects
& competent to conduct installations when necessary
including field fabrications
welding and other hot-work
conveyor assembly & erection
and other installation tasks
and QC project componentry & materials supplied by the project team
Provide regular progress reports to leadership and project team
Adhere to all federal
and customer regulations
Manage subcontractors from both electrical & mechanical scopes of work for MHS projects that are opted to outsource install
