What You'll Do.
Test and Balancing on AHU
Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC
Perform corrective maintenance on HVAC
Perform preventative maintenance on Cooling Towers
Perform corrective maintenance on Cooling Towers
Carry out HVAC installation projects
Refurbish existing HVAC plant
Carry out general HVAC maintenance
Carry out emergency HVAC repairs
Liaise with engineering functions
Liaise with Client organisation
Review plans for energy efficiency
Maintain records of materials orders
Maintain records of purchases
Interact with clients daily
Ensure works meet site KPIs
Ensure works meet quality standards
Ensure HVAC system is operational
Resolve potential issues proactively
Maintain spare parts levels
Update HVAC Maintenance program
Manage changes to Maintenance program
Report to Mechanical Utilities Lead
Meet client expectations
Provide high quality service
