Eight or more years of comprehensive, technical and operational knowledge of the service business, Experience with smaller fast track retrofit, remodel and tenant improvement types of projects, Leads assigned Mechanics on a portfolio of projects typically $3-4M in revenue, Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, Ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience, Proficient in Project Management software, Proficient in financial accounting systems, Personal Computer capabilities in MS Office, Personal Computer capabilities in Adobe Writer, Personal Computer capabilities in Visio, Personal Computer capabilities in basic Windows environment, HVAC EXPERIENCE
Nice to Have
Two to four years of engineering or trade school training, Engineering degree or equivalent, Installation and Service experience related to complex HVAC Mechanical systems and equipment

Estimate mechanical work
Present proposals to customer
Act as technical resource for Sales
Assist sales in project development
Perform pre-bid reviews
Recruit resources for project team

Control manpower to proper staffing levels

Interpret contract Terms and Conditions
Coordinate with support teams on drawing layouts
