What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Trade certification or equivalent experience in mechanical fitting. Solid experience in mechanical assembly, installation, and maintenance. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Proficient use of mechanical tools and precision instruments. Attention to detail and quality workmanship. Good communication and teamwork skills. Commitment to maintaining safety standards and procedures. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project demands.
