What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Technical Diploma, excellent working knowledge of the installation and maintenance of rotating equipment, experience working in a mechanical role in an energy or oil and gas environment (or similar), knowledge on Centrifugal Compressor installation/maintenance philosophy, impressive customer service-orientation mindset and experience leading customers through tough decisions, proficient at communicating complex technical information to customers and teams with varying levels of technical understanding, deep awareness of Health, Safety and Environmental compliance and potential risks, motivated self-starter and be able to make key decisions and innovate solutions, excellent command and understanding of verbal and written English

Providing technical direction for site activities to internal teams and skilled labor to ensure safety
troubleshooting and commissioning of Reciprocating Compressor products at customer sites
Leading in customer and contractor meetings to share and update action plans and to advise on technical solutions
Ensuring internal training
compliance and quality documentation is updated
