You will partner with Manufacturing, Quality, and Controls to lift reliability, raise first-pass yield, and take time out of cycle. You will support Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), including executing protocols, collecting data, and closing punch-list items. Some travel, including international in the first few months, may be required. What You’ll Do - Run and support Kaizen events that improve Availability, First-Pass Yield, and Throughput. - Work with engineers to identify and remove bottlenecks on the line and document durable countermeasures. - Design, build, and fit simple fixtures and production aids; use shop tools and basic fabrication as needed. - Use internal tools to diagnose product and equipment issues, perform root cause analysis, and communicate corrective actions. - Draft and update Manufacturing Instructions and assist with training operators and other technicians. - Pull and analyze production data to spot patterns and propose solutions using Excel and, where helpful, Python, SQL, Minitab, or JMP. - Support FAT/SAT mechanically: instrument stations, run acceptance tests, log results in MES, and help release equipment to production. - Perform pre
