We are currently seeking an ambitious pace-setter to join our team as a Mechanical Engineering Manager onsite/hybrid in Logan, Utah. iFIT is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineering Manager to lead our R provide coaching, performance feedback, and career development guidance. Set the technical direction for electro-mechanical system design across the fitness equipment portfolio. Own program execution: define milestones, manage schedules, and track deliverables for the US design team and Vietnam-based contract manufacturers. Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to align engineering priorities and communicate trade-offs. Oversee design reviews, risk assessments, and product validation activities through the full NPI process into production. Coordinate with internal departments including quality, procurement, and AME, and with Vietnamese contract manufacturers to bring products from concept to market. Establish team goals, KPIs, and metrics to measure engineering effectiveness from design through production. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma or equivalent methodologies. Build and maintain relationships with Vietnam- and China-based suppliers and supply chain partners. Lead mechanical design and development programs using SolidWorks, ensuring design intent is executed accurately through manufacturing. Manage complex electro-mechanical product programs from design through high-volume manufacturing and production support.
