To complete our creative and dynamic team in Lausanne, we are seeking a: Mechanical Engineer Intern (100%) _Starting date: 1st September_ **Your role:** As a Mechanical Engineering Intern in the drone industry, you will assist in the design of mechanical components and systems for innovative drone and payload products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including aerodynamics, electronics, and software engineering, gaining valuable experience in the integration of mechanical designs to ensure exceptional drone and payload performance. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to apply your engineering skills while contributing to real-world projects in a dynamic, cutting-edge environment. **What you will own: ** * Designing mechanical components for drones or payloads * Using CAD software (such as SolidWorks) to create detailed 3D models, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings for drone or payload components and systems * Collaborating with electronics engineers to integrate mechanical designs with electrical systems * Assisting in the testing, validation, and troubleshooting of drone or payload prototypes, analyzing performance data, and contributing to design improvements **Requirements** **Your profile:** * Master’s degree (or pursuing) in Mechanical Engineering
