Must Have
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, experience in requirement engineering, test planning, and validation processes, Hands-on experience with automotive ECU mechanical design, Proven expertise in liquid cooling and thermal management (e. g. , cold plate, flow distribution, sealing concepts), Experience with high-power HPC systems

Design and validate liquid cooling solutions for high heat dissipation systems
Manage mechanical & thermal simulations
Support prototype build
and industrialization readiness
