Must Have
4+ years industrial/commercial engineering in mission critical facilities, 4+ years commissioning experience, Experience researching new designs, technologies, construction methods, Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Nice to Have
Professional Engineer License, Experience with building codes and regulations, Experience carrying design concepts through exploration, development, deployment, Experience reading, interpreting, creating construction drawings, specifications, submittals, Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, REVIT, BIM 360), Understanding of heat transfer, fluid dynamics, CFD Analysis, Knowledge of building management systems
