Must Have
Significant experience in the design, analysis, or manufacture of composite structures, Proven track record in leading complex structural analysis programmes, Deep knowledge of composite structural behaviour, understanding of engineering codes, standards, and assurance processes, Demonstrable experience in technical leadership, project direction, or capability development
Nice to Have
Proficiency with major finite element analysis tools (e.g. Abaqus, Ansys), Experience with programming (e.g. Python, MATLAB) to support advanced analysis or automation, Experience working in regulated or safety-critical industries
