What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, 2–6 years of experience designing HVAC or plumbing systems (commercial, multifamily, industrial, or similar), Solid understanding of mechanical codes, load calculations, and equipment sizing, Ability to read and produce construction drawings
Nice to Have
EIT status, building-systems experience, Revit or AutoCAD, Experience with modular, prefabricated, or off‑site construction is a plus
