Position Summary Responsible for Mechanical assembly, integration, and support of automation machines, ensuring alignment with design and functional requirements. Key Responsibilities * Read and interpret 2D/3D mechanical drawings and assembly layouts * Perform mechanical assembly of automation machines, jigs, and fixtures * Work on pneumatic systems (cylinders, valves, FRL units, tubing) * Ensure proper alignment, fitment, and tolerance control * Support machine build, testing, and debugging * Coordinate with electrical and design teams for smooth integration * Maintain quality, safety, and 5S standards on shop floor * Identify issues and suggest improvements in assembly process ## Qualifications Skills & Requirements * Strong understanding of mechanical drawings and GD&T basics * Hands-on with assembly tools and techniques * Knowledge of pneumatics and basic automation mechanisms * Ability to work with jigs, fixtures, and precision assemblies * Basic understanding of automation systems and workflows * Good troubleshooting and analytical skills Qualification & Experience * Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering /Product design * 2–3 years of experience in automation / machin
