As a Mechanical Engineer at Webco, you’ll be at the center of operations—working closely with production, quality, and leadership teams to improve performance, efficiency, and safety. You will: * Analyze and improve production processes, equipment, and workflows * Design and implement solutions that enhance safety, quality, and cost efficiency * Lead and support process improvement and cost-reduction initiatives * Conduct time studies, capacity analysis, and work measurement to establish standards * Use data and engineering principles to identify root causes and solve problems * Develop reports with clear, actionable recommendations * Support facility layout, material flow, and manpower optimization * Partner cross-functionally to improve production performance and reduce waste * Develop and maintain SOPs and support quality and audit initiatives * Train and support teams on new processes and improvements * Monitor results and drive continuous improvement **Required:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Engineering Technology * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Experience with AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks * Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams **Preferred:** * Manufacturing or industrial experience * Experience with process improvement or continuous improvement methodologies At Webco, our engineers: * Take ownership and follow through * Collaborate and build trust across teams * Stay curious and continuously improve * Put safety first—always * Hold a high bar for quality and performance * Show up engaged and ready to
