As a Mechanical Engineer for IQSIGHT LLC, you will design and develop complex electromechanical systems for next generation moving camera products. You will serve as a technical resource on development projects, making critical architecture, design and risk decisions. Strategic: * Perform hands on mechanical and electromechanical subsystem design from concept through series production * Act as engineer on development projects, working on a small team and driving technical execution * Develop subsystem architectures that meet system-level requirements for performance, cost reliability, serviceability and time-to-market * Participate in cross-functional design review and technical risk assessments (FMEA, Focus Area Matrices) * Work with senior technical staff in developing key architectures for the future of the portfolio Operational: * Support lifecycle management efforts including EOL, cost down, and field complaint investigations * Maintain complex BOM structures supporting multiple product variants * Partner with international suppliers on tooling development, DFM reviews, and process validation * Work in a culture of continuous improvement with regular retrospectives * Support team in risk management and mitigation strategies * Design, model, and validate complex mechanical assemblies and mechanisms * Support PCBA packaging, enclosure design, and thermal management strategies * Develop and validate prototypes through simula
