We are looking for an experienced **Mechanical Engineer** to drive the design and development of advanced multidisciplinary systems from concept to manufacturing. In this role, you'll apply your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to deliver robust, innovative solutions that meet program goals, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-performance and reliability throughout every phase of development. **Main Responsibilities:** * Translating customer and system requirements into robust and innovative solutions, while maintaining alignment with overall program goals and timeline. * Perform detailed mechanical design activities, including concept development, calculations and analysis, material selection, and design optimization. * Participate in design reviews and technical discussions, clearly presenting engineering approaches, trade-offs, risks, and mitigation strategies. * Utilize simulation and analytical tools to validate designs and ensure compliance with performance, reliability, and environmental requirements. **Job Requirements:** * BSc/MSc in Mechanical Engineering. * 5–10 years of professional experience in mechanical design and development. * Proven experience as an R&D engineer within a multidisciplinary organization. * Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. * Strong practical experience in machined components design, sheet metal and mechanism development * Experience integrating simulation and engineering analysis tools as part of the design process * Strong presentation and communication capabilities * Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills #LI-POST **Job -** Engineering *
