Ensure products meet design

and adjustment goals.
Provide regular status reports and business plans for projects and product lines.
Support Value Leadership programs focused on quality
and corporate initiatives.

Lead production and quality teams in industrializing products and processes.
Troubleshoot daily manufacturing issues to reduce cured and green waste.
