What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3-5 years of relevant experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance, Solid understanding of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings, Completed an advanced-level apprenticeship with an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification, Comfortable using computers and digital maintenance tools, Understand HSE standards and regulations and ensure compliance, Work well as part of a team and adapt to new challenges, Shift work in 12-hour shifts, Rotating pattern covering days and nights

As a **Mechanical Maintenance Technician** , you'll work alongside Manufacturing Service Engineers and Leaders to maintain, repair, and optimize machinery and equipment across the facility. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct preventative and reactive maintenance on a wide range of high-tech manufacturing equipment. * Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and automation issues to minimize downtime. * Use precision diagnostic instruments, technical drawings, and maintenance manuals to resolve faults efficiently. * Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine performance and reliability. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. **Required Experience:** We’re looking for candidates with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance, ideally working with electrical and mechanical systems in a high-tech environment.
