What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree, Supervisory role managing people, Fast-paced, automated, industrial, logistics, production or manufacturing environment experience, 5+ years industrial engineer, operations engineer, manufacturing engineer, or project engineer experience, Ability to travel up to 50% domestically, 10+ years OEM experience in MIL/EIL scope
Nice to Have
Experience of automated equipment, Experience in preventative maintenance systems, AutoCAD, VBA, and SQL at intermediate level, Experience working with and managing third party vendors, Experience with Six Sigma, lean manufacturing
