We're proud to be a Certified B Corporation and one of Canada's Greenest Employers, committed to using our design practice as a force for good in the world. ## How you'll make a difference Work collaboratively alongside mechanical engineers and technologists in developing mechanical system calculations and design documents for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection Work with architects, interior designers, structural and electrical engineers to create integrated and highly-sustainable design solutions for a wide variety of building types through most industry sectors  Carry out load calculation, duct sizing, hydronic pipe sizing, plumbing fixture unit calculations  Reference local and national codes in the service of solving design problems in a way that is compliant Prepare high quality BIM (Revit) models and engineering drawings for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems for various building types  Involvement in condition assessment projects, including reviewing existing mechanical infrastructure, developing asset evaluations, and formulating observations and recommendations in technical reports Involvement in construction phase delivery including field reviews, shop drawing reviews, and other contract administration tasks.
