Must Have
Bachelor or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, 5+ years Mechanical NPI Engineer experience, 5+ years Mechanical Design Engineer experience, Deep expertise in DFM for prototype, Deep expertise in DFM for production, 1–3 years liquid cooling thermal solutions experience, Proven working knowledge of PLM, Command of ECO/MCO/DEV/PCN processes, Demonstrated ability to debug electromechanical systems, Demonstrated ability to perform failure analysis, Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis, Apply structured problem solving methodologies, Exceptional leadership capabilities, Exceptional mentoring capabilities, Problem solving skills, Effective cross functional collaboration, Clear communication skills

In this role, you will collaborate closely with Engineering, Platform Design, Contract Manufacturing (CM) partners, and cross functional teams to design and develop tooling, test fixtures, and jigs that support scalable, high throughout manufacturing environments. Who You’ll Work With You’ll join a highly collaborative team spanning Hardware Engineering, Platform Design, Reliability Engineering, and global CM partners. This role is deeply integrated with early stage product development, ensuring manufacturability and production success at scale. Precision, innovation, and proactive design collaboration are core to how we operate. What You’ll Do You will lead the end to end design, development, and validation of custom tooling and fixtures that support New Product Introduction (NPI) and high volume electronics manufacturing.
