Als Mechanical Design Engineer krijg je de kans om jouw technische expertise in te zetten van concept tot productie, binnen een dynamische en collaboratieve R&D-omgeving. In deze rol vertaal je ideeën naar concrete, maakbare oplossingen. Je werkt aan het ontwerp en de ontwikkeling van mechanische componenten en zorgt ervoor dat ze technisch sterk, robuust en kostenefficiënt zijn. Wat ga je doen? * Je ontwerpt kunststof en metalen onderdelen zoals behuizingen, heatsinks en brackets * Je voert tolerantieberekeningen en mechanische analyses uit * Je houdt rekening met thermische, mechanische en omgevingsfactoren * Je werkt nauw samen met teams binnen R&D, productie, sourcing en kwaliteit * Je stemt af met externe partners en leveranciers * Je draagt bij aan de industrialisatie van nieuwe producten ## Qualifications * Je hebt een master in industrieel ontwerp of een gelijkaardige richting * Je hebt ervaring met mechanisch design (kunststof en/of metaal is een plus) * Je beschikt over sterke 3D CAD skills(bij voorkeur NX) * Je hebt een goed inzicht in materialen, toleranties en productieprocessen * Je communiceert vlot en werkt graag samen met verschillende stakeholders * Je bent nauwkeurig, oplossingsgericht en neemt initiatief * Je kan meerdere projecten tegelijk beheren * Je hebt interesse om een klein team aan te sturen (pluspunt) ## Additional Information Je komt terecht in een internationale organisatie die de hoogste toppen scheert in haar segment.
