S. government security clearance, U. S. citizenship or permanent residency
Nice to Have
Master's degree in mechanical engineering or a related discipline, 6+ years of experience in a design engineering role, Experienced user of Ansys Fluent or equivalent full CFD solver

Lead mechanical design of electronic hardware
Design cutting-edge integrated modules
Design subsystems for phased array radar systems
Apply Systems Engineering principles
Perform requirements analysis
Perform trade-study on ADI platform designs
Development and integration of cooling solutions
Perform steady-state and transient thermal analysis
Prepare design review documentation packages
Lead mechanical design review content
Support internal and external design reviews
Design of innovative mechanical packaging solutions
Perform system level structural analysis
Prepare and collaborate on design and fabrication documentation
Work with suppliers and factory on product build
Support outsourced SMT manufacturing processes
Proposal research and preparation
Envision and develop innovative new materials
