Development and integration of cooling solutions

Perform steady-state and transient thermal analysis

Prepare design review documentation packages

Lead mechanical design review content

Support internal and external design reviews

Design of innovative mechanical packaging solutions

Perform system level structural analysis

Prepare and collaborate on design and fabrication documentation

Work with suppliers and factory on product build

Support outsourced SMT manufacturing processes

Proposal research and preparation

Envision and develop innovative new materials
