What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Knowledge of HVAC systems, Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, 3+ years of experience in design engineering or construction, 2+ years’ experience using Revit
Nice to Have
Experience with fast-track project design-build, Experience applying local codes and ICC requirements, Professional Engineering license, Experience with design review processes, Experience with data center construction, Experience with performance-based alternatives, Advance knowledge of mechanical engineering systems, Experience designing high volume air handling systems, Experience designing chilled water systems, Experience designing economization solutions, Experience designing evaporative cooling systems
