Accurately read and follow procedures

and other work instructions.

Focus on building parts that meet customer expectations & deadlines and owning the quality of your work.

Participate in LEAN initiatives

Effectively plan and prioritize work to meet production schedules.

Maintain continuing education

and special process certification requirements.

Develop subject matter expert knowledge of the end use for completed products and the customers that purchase them.

Champion safety and comply with all safety protocols including hazardous waste disposal programs and daily 5S and cleaning.

Mentor and assist in development of less experienced assemblers sharing knowledge and best practices.

Collaborate with other functional groups to update

or resolve problems related to business issues.

Communicate complex technical terminology orally and in writing.
