Mechanical and Structural Engineering Manager **Company:** The Boeing Company The Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Customer Support organization is seeking a first-line **Mechanical and Structural Engineering Manager (Level K)** to lead the 777 Wing/Empennage Airframe Service Engineering team, including support for the upcoming 777-9 EIS, based in **Seal Beach, CA**. This team provides 24/7 support to Boeing commercial airplane customers. This position presents a unique opportunity to lead dynamic teams that tackle complex technical challenges in support of safe aircraft operation, repair, and return to service. As an Engineering Manager, you will collaborate with other service engineering and design/specialized engineering teams, field service teams, maintenance teams, Fleet Chief Offices, U.S. and international commercial customers/suppliers, and regulatory agencies. You will demonstrate exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, be comfortable interacting with diverse cultures, and be able to work on variable shifts.
