Must Have
Active U. S. Government issued Secret Security Clearance, Must be a U. S. Citizen, High school diploma or equivalent, Understand and use technical manuals, Mechanical inspection, maintenance and repair of combat/tactical tracked vehicles, Speak, read and write English fluently, Writes performance evaluation comments and reports, 2.5 years verifiable experience in inspection, repair, and maintenance on Military Combat/tactical vehicles, Valid Driver’s License, Valid passport with at least 12 months of validity
What You'll Do.
Perform FMC + Safety verifications
Determine repair parts required
Perform mechanical maintenance actions and repairs on tracked
Validate work performed by others
Generate and maintain physical logbooks
Generate and maintain electronic logbooks
Ensure work performed correctly per technical manuals
Perform scheduled mechanical maintenance actions
Perform unscheduled mechanical maintenance actions
Perform diagnostic tests to identify failures
Operate/ test equipment and attached systems
Repair mechanical systems
Repair electrical systems
Repair hydraulic systems
Repair pneumatic systems
Repair cooling systems
Remove engine components
Repair engine components
Replace engine components
Remove drive train components
Repair drive train components
Replace drive train components
Remove body components
Repair body components
Replace body components
Ensure work areas meet housekeeping requirements
Support Continuous Improvement Process
Participate in QA program
Mentor on-the-job training
