**Mechanic - Millwright 433A ** **Position Summary** * **Work Schedule:** Shifts: 12 hours rotating continental shifts (Days and Nights) * This position is 100% on-site at the Windsor site. This position is located in Windsor, Ontario, one of two sites located in Canada offering softgel development and manufacturing capabilities for the Pharmaceutical and Consumer Health industries. We have a broad range of integrated formulation, manufacturing, analytical and packaging services to offer full-service turnkey solutions. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the Mechanic - Millwright 433A**** is responsible for performing assigned and routine maintenance on all production and supporting equipment within the facility, along with the facility itself. In addition, the Mechanic will also diagnose, troubleshoot, and provide mechanical support on all equipment departmentally. **The Role:** * Assemble, disassemble, install, repair, fabricate and maintain machinery, equipment and spare parts. * Diagnose and troubleshoot problems and corrects as required in accordance with technical manuals/schematics/blueprints. * Perform assigned preventive maintenance (PMs) on production and facilities equipment, including lubrication of all equipment. * Perform daily fill of mineral oil and silicone pressure tank and pumping out used mineral oil from pit tank. * Lap equipment as required. * Always Comply with SOPS and GMPS. * May be asked to work extended hours (overtime), especially when problems occur or when deadlines must be met. * Perform other duties as assigned. **The Candidate:** * High School Diploma, GED/CAEC and/or educational credential assessment (ECA) is required. * Licensed Millwright required.
