The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of building systems, maintaining a safe and clean work environment, and performing a range of preventative and corrective maintenance tasks. The successful candidate must possess certifications S12, S13, and S14. **Your day to day:** **Key Responsibilities:** * **Safety and Cleanliness:** Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to company policies and standards.Ensure all safety procedures are followed and report any hazards immediately * **Routine Assessments and Rounds:** Conduct regular assessments and rounds of all building systems to ensure optimal performance.Identify potential issues and proactively implement solutions * **Preventive and Corrective Maintenance:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building equipment and systems.Ensure timely and accurate completion of all maintenance tasks to prevent system downtime. * **Painting and Housekeeping:** Perform minor painting tasks and assist with general housekeeping to maintain facility aesthetics and functionality * **Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, and Chilled Water Equipment:** Monitor and maintain air conditioning, refrigeration, and chilled water equipment.Diagnose and repair any issues to ensure efficient operation. * **Hot Water
