****Job Description:**** An opportunity for a **Mech Systems Design Engineer** has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, Getafe (Madrid). The selected candidate will join the Medium & Light Aircraft Mechanical System Installation Team. This dynamic and multidisciplinary team is responsible for the design, integration, and management of fluid systems (fuel, hydraulics, environmental control) for new C295 Programs and in-service platforms (CN235, C212). The jobholder will reinforce our area by leading digital product innovation, implementing LEAN design principles, and managing both technical challenges and engineering teams in production and in-service environments. **RESPONSIBILITIES** The main tasks of the jobholder will be: * **Design** and define mechanical and fluid systems installations based on aircraft architecture requirements. * **Develop** technical documentation, components specifications for purchasing, and precise manufacturing and assembly instructions. * **Manage** and coordinate engineering teams, ensuring project deliverables, KPIs, and schedules are successfully met. * **Interface** with external partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders during design reviews, testing phases, and project meetings. * **Support** production lines and in-service aircraft events by troubleshooting and delivering engineering solutions. **SKILLS** Is your profile aligned to the following list of skills?
